You Mean It
A 6-Week Church Leadership Course for Staff, Volunteers & Leaders Who Want to Lead More Biblically
"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Romans 12:21
WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for Leaders Who Are Done Performing
This isn't a leadership seminar with bullet points and a workbook you'll never open. It's a six-week live cohort that asks you to do honest, costly, character-forming work — grounded in one of the richest leadership passages in all of Scripture.
Church Staff

Pastors, executive directors, ministry leaders, worship leaders, children's directors — anyone leading a team inside a church who wants to close the gap between Sunday morning and Monday morning.
Faith-Driven Leaders
Leaders in the marketplace, nonprofits, and organizations who want to lead from a biblical foundation — not just use Christian vocabulary, but actually practice Romans 12 leadership in secular contexts.
Emerging Leaders

People stepping into their first leadership roles who want to build their leadership identity on something that lasts — not on performance, not on personality, but on character formed by Scripture.
THE SIX-WEEK ARC
From Be to Endure
One Passage.
Six Principles
Every session is built directly from Romans 12:9–21. Paul's letter to the church in Rome isn't just theology — it's a complete leadership ethic. Each week unpacks one cluster of verses and translates it into a principle you'll actually apply before the next session begins.
1
No Masks Allowed
Authentic leadership — who you are when no one is performing. The Greek word Paul uses means "without a mask." That's where we start.
2
The Honor Culture
Culture isn't a program. It's a pattern of who gets honored and why — and you set that pattern, one choice at a time.
3
Never Running on Empty
Zeal, hope, and prayer aren't soft skills — they're survival skills. This week we rebuild the fuel source that makes everything else possible.
4
The Open Handed Leader
Scarcity-minded leaders hoard time, credit, and access. Open-handed leaders give away the very things that matter most — and create more than they consume.
5
Staying Human Under Pressure
EQ isn't a personality trait — it's a spiritual discipline. This week integrates the L.I.S.T.E.N. Framework directly into Romans 12:14–16.
6
The Long Game
The final test of a leader isn't what they do when things are good. The A.D.A.P.T. Framework and Romans 12:21 — the culminating session.

YOUR FACILITATOR
Led by Somone Who Has Done the Work:

Adam is the founder of Ignite Leadership Co., a leadership development company based in Colorado Springs that serves leaders nationally through coaching, consulting, and cohort experiences.
His background spans ministry, education, curriculum writing, and organizational leadership — and he brings all of it to every room he walks into.

He is a student of John Maxwell's leadership principles and is deeply passionate about developing the next generation of leaders — particularly those who want to lead with both competence and character, in the church and in the world.

This course is not something Adam designed from the outside looking in. Every principle in these six weeks is something he has lived, failed at, rebuilt, and chosen again. That's what he brings into the room with you.
